AGIP Launches Madrid Refusal Department

AMMAN - In our efforts to provide our clients with added-value services, AGIP has recently extended its complementary services to cover Madrid International Refusals reporting, to give our clients the opportunity to prepare a proper response based on our local experience. As a result, AGIP has established a dedicated department at the regional office in Jordan to support our clients’ needs and expectations by offering the following services: 

a) Alerting and reporting our clients in advance about the refusals against their international trademark applications.
b) Providing a summary of the refusal as well as the associated deadlines to respond to the local trademark offices.
c) Preparing a response in compliance with the local trademark offices.

The Madrid Refusal Department covers the following countries: 

Algeria, Bahrain, Egypt, Indonesia, Iran, Morocco, Malaysia, Oman, Syria, Tunisia, and Turkey.
